Playbourhood Oakville North was launched today for this suburb southeast of Toronto, Ontario.  This site is run by PR consultant and Oakville parent Chris Churchill.

Apparently, our neighbors north of the border are experiencing the same problem of lack of children’s play that we Americans are.
